The recent Tassie Miniconference in Launceston was a great success with attendees really appreciating the opportunity to tour the Blueline Laundry, a wonderful speaker program and the fantastic facilities of the Penny Royal Including a tempting wine and cheese tasting leading into the dinner on the Saturday evening.
As always the spirit of friendship and sharing being an integral part of Tassie culture was evident to interstate guests.
Thanks to the organisers and speakers and in particular Robert Fraser who drove from Hobart to open the laundry plant and then straight back to Hobart due to commitments. Thanks also to Sandro Santo from Gurtler who flew from Brisbane to share his extensive knowledge regarding wet cleaning technology.
Thanks to everyone for a great weekend. A couple of pictures are attached to give you a taste.
Next year’s Mini Conference will be held in Hobart over the weekend of 25-26 May 2019 and we would love to see as many members join us for the another fantastic weekend in Tassie!
